Sydney Tonsfeldt received her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis in 2015, having finished her third year at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France. As a law student, Sydney served as an editor of her school’s Law Review publication and won the 2014 Southern regional championship of the Jessup International Moot Court team competition.

After graduating, Sydney remained in Paris, where she worked in the Corporate and International Arbitration departments of McDermott Will & Emery. She then practiced law in New York City, with a focus on personal injury litigation, before returning to her home state of Arizona. With Don Bivens PLLC, Sydney continues to build on her experience in civil litigation. She is committed to pursuing justice for the firm’s clients.
