Casey Obren ATTORNEY
Casey Obren grew up in a small town in Northern Arizona before making the move to the big city to complete her various degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and a Juris Doctor. Her first career was spent molding the minds of young children as a Special Education Teacher. After spending 5 years teaching in various rural and urban Arizona communities, she made a huge shift in her career and decided to return to school to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney.
Casey graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2020. She brings a great deal of prosecutorial experience, having spent time in the public sector, where she worked at Coconino and Maricopa County Attorney’s Offices in their criminal divisions prosecuting felonies. She also spent time in Washington D.C. at the Department of Justice in their Office of International Affairs with a focus on extraditions with South America. Casey also had the opportunity to work with a firm based out of D.C. where she specialized in administrative and military law, with an emphasis on correction of records applications for active, reserve, and veterans amongst the different branches of the military. Prior to her time with Don Bivens PLLC, Casey focused on drafting estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and creating business entities.
Casey has a kind heart, and a passion for ensuring the best outcome for each of her clients. Her communication and interpersonal skills benefit her ability to build a strong rapport and personal connection with her clients, colleagues, and superiors.
